Under Contract Academy ("we," "us," "our") operates undercontractacademy.com and its associated learning tools. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Account information — your name and email address when you create an account.
Purchase information — records of the courses and tools you buy. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers on our systems.
Usage data — pages viewed, lessons opened, and progress, collected through privacy-respecting product analytics (PostHog). Session recording is disabled.
Technical data — IP address, browser type, and device information collected automatically when you use the site.

2. How we use your information

To provide access to purchased lessons and tools and track your learning progress.
To process payments and deliver receipts through Stripe.
To operate, secure, and improve the platform, including watermarking lesson content to protect against unauthorized redistribution.
To respond to support requests and send service-related communications.

3. Service providers

We share information only with vendors that help us run the service, including Supabase (authentication and database hosting), Stripe (payment processing), Vercel (website hosting), and PostHog (analytics). Each processes data on our behalf under its own terms. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in and to understand how the site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect functionality such as staying logged in.

5. Data retention

We retain account and purchase records for as long as your account is active and as required to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. You may request deletion of your account at any time (see below).
